Meeting Information
The 2024 Wisconsin Youth Soccer Association Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held Saturday, March 2 at Lambeau Field (1265 Lombardi Ave, Green Bay, WI 54304). Parking is located in lot 4, off Lombardi Avenue (click for map). Enter in the American Family Insurance Gate. We will be up the escalator, in the Legends Club Room & MVP Box 4039, overlooking the Atrium. Details will be posted on videoboards inside Lambeau for assistance.

2024 Voting
Per Wisconsin Youth Soccer Association (WYSA) bylaws, the Vice Chair and Treasurer of the organization are elected at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) held in even-numbered years.
Voting Eligibility
- Per the WYSA Bylaws, Article 8.6, An individual may vote at any meeting of WYSA in only one capacity.
- Individuals may not vote in more than one capacity; you may only vote as a) WYSA State Board Member b) WYSA Club President or c) WYSA Club Proxy.
- Clubs must have club affiliation fee paid to be eligible to cast vote(s).
Proxy
Club votes are assigned to the Club President. However, their vote may be reassigned via proxy. If your club president is unable to attend & vote either in-person or virtually, they may select a proxy representative for the club. A club RSVP must be submitted by February 19; completed proxy form must be submitted by February 26 at 4:00pm (no exceptions).

For this AGM, WYSA will be utilizing an online voting platform. In the RSVP, the email address you submit will be the email utilized specifically for voting account and communication purposes. Clubs and Districts are invited to submit “For the Good of the Game” announcements to Melissa Zielinski for inclusion in the meeting. For the Good of the Game will be a live opportunity for clubs and/or districts to highlight positive news and activities in their area. The submission helps us create a placeholder in the agenda and ensure orderly presentation of the great work you’re all doing.
